Have you noticed the new trend of coloring books for adults? It seems like lately everyone is getting into them and I’m thrilled! It’s such a great way to relax and unwind, plus if you have kids you can do it together. You don’t have to worry about making them perfect or thinking about the design, anyone can jump in, find a page, and get coloring!
My younger sister Darla and I have always been color-ers. When we were young we’d color together and even in our teens we’d find the time to put on a favorite tv show to relax and color together. It’s always been one of the things we liked to do with each other. As such, last year for my birthday she got us both a matching coloring book for adults (pictured above) and a pack of colored pencils. In the past we would go to the dollar store and buy random children’s coloring books or holiday themed children’s coloring books for fun and they were great but sometimes lacked more intricate pictures--which is why I’m so happy that coloring books for adults are becoming more popular!
Now and then I’d design a printout for her and I to color, so for fun I decided to make a coloring page for you to print out and color in! I included a bunch of succulent plants because I’m clearly on a succulent kick! So if you’d like some relaxing color-riffic fun go ahead and click the download link below, print it out, and get coloring! I do ask, if you do download my coloring page, please keep it for personal use only.
Ever since Darla gave me my first coloring book for adults it seems like they’ve been popping up all over! And for good reason, they’re all so darn cute! Do you already color? If you don’t, give it a try with my coloring page and see if you like it! I hope you guys have a great weekend!
