Hey guys! This week I wanted to share with you my latest smoothie crave: Blackberry Banana Smoothies! I’ve been drinking these quite often lately and I thought I’d show you how I make it! So grab a blender, some frozen blackberries, a few bananas and let’s get started!
My favorite thing about this smoothie is, of course, the taste; I love how fresh and summery it feels! The bananas give it a wonderful creaminess and it’s a good sized smoothie that will keep you hydrated and your body happy!
Everybody makes smoothies differently and different smoothies differently but my favorite way to make fruit smoothies, as opposed to green smoothies, is to use fresh unfrozen bananas and frozen fruit. That way I still end up with a cold tasty smoothie but I don’t have to worry about my fruit going bad or remember to freeze bananas. It’s a win-win! Alright, onto the video!

Vegan Blackberry Banana Smoothie
- 3 Ripe Spotty Bananas
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- A handful of spinach
- 1 Cup Blackberries
- ½ Cup Pineapple
- ¼ Cup Blueberries
Add all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
